PURPOSE: A system for preventing the oxidation of food is provided to keep the freshness of food for a long time by using a high-voltage static electricity. CONSTITUTION: In a cooking system including a refrigerator and a frying vessel, a high-voltage static electricity generator(24) is disposed at the bottom of the refrigerator. The high-voltage static electricity generator includes a transformer(38) having an AC input(26). A primary coil(L1) is connected to the AC input. A secondary coil(L2) is connected to a current regulator(R1) and a rectifier(D1) formed at output wires(30,32) respectively. One output wire(30) is connected to static-electricity supply plates and the frying vessel. The other output wire(32) is connected to an aerial terminal(36).
