FUNGICIDE COMPOSITION FOR CONTROL OF PHYTOPHTHORA BLIGHT OF PEPPER USING NOVEL ANTIBIOTIC THIOBUTACIN AS EFFECTIVE INGREDIENT

摘要

PURPOSE: A fungicide composition containing thiobutacin separated from Streptomyces as an effective ingredient is provided. The composition exhibits high biodegradability while having a high control effect on the level of synthetic pesticides. Therefore, it is effective in controlling phytophthora blight of pepper. CONSTITUTION: The fungicide composition contains thiobutacin represented by the formula(1) and has a control effect against plant disease caused by any one of plant pathogenic bacteria, Phytophthora capsici, Botrytis cinerea and Cladosporium cucumerinum. The thiobutacin as natural antibiotics is prepared from Lechevalieria aerocolonigenes VK-A9 strains(KCCM 10461).
