FIELD: devices affording compatibility between non-cellular personal communication systems and mobile phones. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device intended for connecting subscriber terminals of analog two-wire telephone network, including office exchanges, to cellular telephone communication network for making outgoing calls and responding to incoming ones has means for connecting to telephone set and to mobile phone, power unit, means for detecting multifrequency tone dialing signals, display unit, charging unit, telephone line shaping unit incorporating means for detecting multifrequency tone dialing signal, and microcontroller for controlling telephone line shaper and charging unit.
