PURPOSE: A condensing oil boiler is provided to reduce an installation space by installing a latent heat exchanger at the top of a sensible heat exchanger, and to prevent the corrosion by manufacturing the latent heat exchanger with high corrosion-resistance metal. CONSTITUTION: In a condensing oil boiler including a sensible heat exchanger(2) and a latent heat exchanger(5), the latent heat exchanger is installed at the top of the sensible heat exchanger, and is made of high corrosion-resistance metal. A condensate neutralizing unit(6) neutralizes condensate condensed in the latent heat exchanger.
