PURPOSE: An advertising board using an LED is provided to fabricate a low-priced advertising board and prevent the polarity of the LED from being changed by inserting an LED into an LED holder without changing a computer or a program. CONSTITUTION: An LED holder includes a housing and a socket. The housing(220) includes a cylindrical insertion hole having a cut side. An LED is inserted into the cylindrical insertion hole of the housing. The socket(230) is coupled to the housing in order to be connected to a lead line of the LED. The LED holder is inserted into a PCB. The PCB is supported by a backboard. A transparent cover is installed in front of an advertising board.
