PURPOSE: Thermoelectric-orifice pulse tube refrigeration is provided to remarkably improve refrigerating efficiency and to easily control a change in the refrigerating scale. CONSTITUTION: Thermoelectric-orifice pulse tube refrigeration comprises a porous regenerator(42) made by forming many capillaries in thermoelectric modules(51); a high-temperature heat exchanger(44) and a low-temperature heat exchanger(45) adjacent to the porous regenerator including the thermoelectric module; a pulse tube(43) having an orifice(49) compressing and expanding inert gas; a storage(50); and a compressor(41). The compressor is attached to one end of the pulse tube. The high-temperature heat exchanger is connected to one side of the regenerator and the low-temperature heat exchanger is connected to the other side of the regenerator. The high-temperature heat exchanger and the low-temperature heat exchanger absorb and emit the heat of the regenerator.
