PURPOSE: A circulation fluidized-bed combustion system having a temperature control apparatus at a combustor exit and a method for controlling the temperature of the combustor exit are provided to prevent the thermal efficiency of a boiler from lowering. CONSTITUTION: In a circulation fluidized-bed combustion system, a smoke stack(7) is connected to a dust collecting unit(4). A suction fan(9) is installed at a connecting passage(10) for discharging exhaust gas to the smoke stack. The exhaust gas sucked by the suction fan is circulated in a combustor exit.
