PURPOSE: A condensing oil boiler is provided to improve thermal efficiency by recovering heat from exhaust gas and heating water with recovered heat. CONSTITUTION: A condensing oil boiler is composed of a burner(10) for burning oil, a main heat exchanger(20), a latent heat exchanger(30), an air preheating case(40), a condensate collecting tank(50) having a discharge port(51), a neutralizing unit(60) installed at the discharge port, and an exhaust pipe(70) installed at an exhaust unit(53) formed at the condensate collecting tank. The main heat exchanger includes heating water inlet and outlet(22,23), a combustion chamber(21), and a flue(24). The latent heat exchanger includes heating water inlet and outlet(32,33), and a flue(31). The air preheating case connects the flues in the main and latent heat exchangers.
