PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a multi-functional toy having thermal insulation, breathing, and on-and-off lighting functions, to help babies and little children to feel emotionally stable and thus, to fall asleep more peacefully. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional toy having thermal insulation, breathing, and on-and-off lighting functions includes an exothermic layer(2) made of conductive materials, a thermal insulation layer(3) made of 3-40 wt.% of phase change materials, I.C. chips built in a heart area(5) and a nose area(6) of the toy for generating heartbeat sound and breathing sound, and an on-and-off light installed inside a forehead area(7) of the toy. Preferably, the exothermic layer(2) is made of copper, nickel, silver or conductive carbon.
