FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has tubular casing having internal drive. The drive is kinematically linked to clamping lips marked up near the tubular casing end part. The clamping lips are manufactured as irregular toothed frames connected to the drive by means of articulated joint. The drive has internal lumen for receiving movable puncture needle having working supporting surface engageable with the clamping lips. The puncture needle has internal suction protector having irrigating-sucking connector and pusher mechanism. The suction protector has several holes on the lateral surface and/or on the end face and/or on the area conjugated to the lateral surface. ^ EFFECT: improved operation characteristics; better engagement with surrounding tissues. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
