FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should make incision-paracentesis in area of anococcygeal ligament, insert one forefinger into rectum, separate tissues around distal rectal departments with another forefinger introduced into incision to carry out circular mobilization of supra-anal rectal department and revision of pararectal space. Through incision-paracentesis one should tighten and cross the rectum. One should remove preparation through abdominal cavity. The method enables to decrease traumatization of closing apparatus by keeping necessary distance from tumor up to lower edge of resection. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of resection. |
