PURPOSE: A spring fixing structure of a reciprocating compressor is provided to easily insert and fix each resonant spring. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating compressor comprises frames elastically supported in a casing; a reciprocating motor mounted in the frame; a piston combined to an operator of the reciprocating motor, to suck and compress a fluid while rectilinearly reciprocating; a cylinder fixed to the frame to make the piston slidably inserted to form a compression space; resonant springs(52,53) disposed between an operator or a spring support(130) and the frame to make the operator of the reciprocating motor and the piston resonate together. Spring-fixing parts with an inlet slant face are formed to the frame with which the ends of the resonant springs come in contact and to the operator or the spring support combined to the operator. The spring-fixing parts comprise support parts(111a,121a) perpendicular to the elastic direction of the resonant springs, and guide parts(111b,121b) consecutively formed to the support parts with inclination.
