FIELD: two-stage pneumatic tire building machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed machine includes unit for assembly of breaker tread bands with breaker drum mounted as cantilever. Axis of rotation of this drum is located at angle to axis of rotation of molding drum of skeleton molding unit. Machine is also provided with unit for carrying the breaker tread bands which is turnable relative to vertical axis, roller and unit for delivery of parts of breaker. Unit for carrying the breaker tread bands is mounted on vertical column. Center of turn of column lies at point of intersection of transversal axes of molding and breaker drums located within 90 deg. but no more than 100 deg. Column turning pneumatic cylinder has two chambers. ^ EFFECT: reduction of occupied area; simplified construction of machine. ^ 2 dwg |
