PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a plurality of signals, and a method thereof, specifically transmitting mixed signals in all time intervals without interference are provided to process a band width not changing according to a type or amount of signals, and transmit mixed signals at all time intervals without interference. CONSTITUTION: N number of samples are sampled from a plurality of analog signals Si(t). A corresponding linear independent group iaj(t) is multiplied by the analog signals. Results are added up to set converted signals S¬0i(t). All the converted signals S¬0i(t) are added up to generate the first mixed signal SM(t). The first mixed signal SM(t) mathematically processes a synchronous signal sin(qw0t) and an interference cancel signal sin(pw0t) including basic angle frequency w0 to a new signal SMS(t), wherein the signal SMS(t) equals to sin(pw0t)xSM(t)+sin(qw0t). A value of the signal SMS(t) is 0 at a boundary of each time interval to cancel interference for the transmission.
