PURPOSE: A bearing for a shaft rotating with a high rotation speed is provided to give a superior buffer function to the bearing by using a floating bush in a housing. CONSTITUTION: A bearing for a shaft rotating with a high rotation speed has a floating bush(3) in a housing. The floating bush(3) includes a cylindrical recess extending to an end surface(8) facing toward a shaft. An inner diameter(13) of the bearing bridge(6) adjacent to the end surface(8) is smaller than a radius of the recess. A groove(15) extending in a radius direction with respect to a bearing bridge(6) is arranged. The recess is formed according to an incline plane. The bearing bridge is formed as a disc. The bearing bridge is formed as a side wall of a fixed housing.
