PURPOSE: A heat switch is provided to achieve improved operating reliability by stabilizing contact between a movable contact and a fixed contact even in case of ingress of foreign substance during inverse operation of bimetal. CONSTITUTION: A metallic laminate(6) is accommodated into an accommodating unit(1a) in such a manner that the metallic laminate is movable by being separated from first and second fixed contacts(3,5). The metallic laminate has first and second movable contacts(7,8). At least one of the first movable contacts is electrified with the first fixed contact and at least one of the second movable contacts is electrified with the second fixed contact when the metallic laminate is not inverted, to thereby permit the first and second fixed contacts to be electrified through the metallic laminate.
