PURPOSE: A pilot valve with the relief and depressurization function is provided to selectively perform the relief function and depressurization function with a simple operation when being assembled with a main body. CONSTITUTION: A pilot valve with the relief and depressurization function comprises a valve(600), a cover(700), and a diaphragm assembly(800). The valve includes an inlet(610) having an inflow pipe line(615), where a fluid flowed in from a main valve; an outlet(620) where the fluid, controlled in the valve, flowed out; a seat part(630) which is formed between the inlet and the outlet and opens or closes the flow passage; an auxiliary spool part(640) having a space part at the inlet part of the seat part; a drain port(650) vertically formed at the inflow flow line and formed with the inflow flow line of the spool part at the same line; a needle valve(660) formed at a division pipe line of the inflow pipe line and the drain port; and orifices(671,672). The cover includes a main spool part(710) which a cylindrical space is formed and a spring is mounted at the bottom thereof; an adjusting part(720) formed to an upper part of the main spool to adjust the pressure of the main spool part by screwing; and a preventing cap(730) covering the upper part of the adjusting part. The diaphragm assembly includes a diaphragm(810) fitted between the valve and the cover; a disc(820) which is connected to the lower part of the diaphragm and which controls the opening of the flow passage of the seat part by moving same displacement with the diaphragm; and a piston(830) connecting the diaphragm to the disc.
