PURPOSE: A liquid quantity discharging method and device is provided to discharge a regular quantity without relation to residual liquid in a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A liquid quantity discharging method comprise a step to measure the first time required for discharging target quantity by an impressed pressure through the first filling quantity in a syringe; a step to measure the second time required for discharging target quantity by the same impressed pressure through the second filling quantity in a syringe(S10); a step to calculate a compensation time(S20); and a step to add the calculated compensation time whenever discharging a liquid from the syringe(S30).
