FIELD: oil producing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed diaphragm pumping unit includes drive, reduction gear and pumping sections. Each pumping section has housing made of flanged coils, flexible envelopes with ring projections on ends and longitudinal corrugation in between, split bushings connected by bearings with crankshaft journal and longitudinal slot with partitions. Slots are made in coils with ring grooves and bore in between communicating channels in coil housing, and shells are fitted to form chambers in between when corrugations of shells are pressed by partition to lands between slots and are clamped at ends by coils when coils are connected to each other. Crankshaft is arranged in housing of section on antifriction supports to divide chambers into self-contained spaces by split bushings and connect with shaft of neighbor section in which channels of coils are connected in series or in parallel. Gears of reduction gear are connected by lantern-wheels gearing in which cogs pressed into holes of reduction gear housing and gear shaft are partially interconnected by open surfaces of lands. Shaft-gear is connected by flexible shaft with crankshaft of lower pumping section, and with housing of reduction gear, by means of crank which is arranged on antifriction supports in bore of shaft-gear and reduction gear cover and is connected with drive shaft. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of diaphragm pumping unit operating in well. ^ 4 cl, 7 dwg |
