FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active component compound of the general formula (I): ^ wherein R1 is taken among one of the following groups: hydrogen atom (-H), -(C1-C20)-alkyl as unsubstituted or substituted with (C1-C5)-alkyl; R2 is taken among: -(C3-C8)-cycloalkyl, -(C6-C14)-aryl as unsubstituted or substituted with halogen atom, (C1-C5)-alkyl, (C1-C5)-alkylthio-group, (C5-C6)-heteroaryl comprising nitrogen atom that can be substituted with one or more (C1-C5)-alkyl and (C-C5)-alkylthio-groups; R means hydrogen atom; A is taken among the following groups: -CH2-, -CH-CH2-, CHR4- wherein R4 is taken among: hydrogen atom (-H), -(C1-C20)-alkyl as unsubstituted or substituted with (C1-C5)-alkyl, and also their solvated and pharmaceutically acceptable salts that can be used for treatment of pathologies associated with insulin-resistance syndrome as far as it elicits an antidiabetic and hypoglycaemic effect.
