FIELD: wine industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertically mounted cylindrical vessel with supplying and discharge branch pipes, and device for spraying of pulp cap. Partition wall is mounted in inner part of cylindrical vessel so as to define lower and upper chambers. Partition wall is made in the form of flat ring adjoining vessel inner surface and provided with cylindrical throat for communicating upper chamber with lower chamber.
