FIELD: mining industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in mining industry for lifting rock from lower levels to upper levels or at driving vertical and inclined workings. Proposed plant has drum hoisting machine, hoisting and balancing ropes, hoisting vehicle connected by additional hoisting rope through additional pulley with counterweight. Plant is furnished with adjusting winch with drum, and counterweight is provided with pulley in upper part. One end of additional hoisting rope is secured on hoisting vehicle, and other end is secured on drum of adjusting winch through pulley on counterweight. ^ EFFECT: increased load capacity of plant without increasing its power. ^ 6 cl, 14 dwg
