PURPOSE: A diaphragm-typed valve of differential operation is provided to relieve the shock generated by a flow speed or a pressure difference. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm-typed valve of differential operation comprises a valve body(100) having a seat part(130) where a flow is opened or closed; a cover(200) having an adjusting hole(215) penetrated to the outside and a cover plug(250) shutting off the adjusting hole at the outside; an intermediate partition(220) of which auxiliary flow passage is formed to connect the valve body and the cover and which forms a dual chamber structure by inserting a diaphragm(410) between the valve body and the cover; a diaphragm assembly(400) having a disc(420) communicated with the diaphragm and attached to the seat part and a piston(430) connecting the diaphragm to the disc, so that vertically moving according to the hydraulic pressure difference; a guide bushing(500) which is fixedly installed to the intermediate partition, which guides the piston on the inner surface, and which relieves the shock by the change of the flow amount; and an auxiliary pipe line controlling the main flow of the fluid by forming an auxiliary inlet and an auxiliary outlet at the valve body and the cover and connecting each other.
