PURPOSE: A system for supplying receiving bell sound selected by subscriber and a receiving bell sound supplying method of the system, a mobile communication terminal for supplying receiving bell sound and a receiving bell sound supplying method of the mobile communication terminal are provided to transmit bell sound data based on a network to a receiving mobile communication terminal, so that the receiving terminal can reproduce the bell sound data as a receiving bell sound, thereby realizing various personalities of a service subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A receiving MSC(205) pages a receiving mobile communication terminal(209)(213), and sets a speech channel up to the terminal(209)(215). An intelligent peripheral(203) transmits bell sound data selected by a subscriber through a set channel(225). The receiving MSC(205) transmits the bell sound data to the receiving terminal(209) through a communication channel set up to the receiving terminal(209)(225). If a signal is received to inform the receiving MSC(205) that a receiver responds to a call connection(227), the receiving MSC(205) transmits information requesting the intelligent peripheral(203) to stop transmitting the bell sound data(229). An originating terminal and the receiving terminal(209) enter a speech state(233).
