PURPOSE: A head lamp apparatus corresponding to vehicle speed is provided to change the lane safely, and to prevent accidents by automatically lighting the head lamp or the emergency lamp during traveling at high speed or over-speeding. CONSTITUTION: A head lamp apparatus corresponding to vehicle speed is composed of a travel speed detecting sensor(100) detecting the travel speed of the vehicle, and a control unit(300) outputting the control signal to automatically turn on a head lamp or an emergency lamp(210) according to the speed level detected from the travel speed detecting sensor. The control unit comprises a level division unit(310) sorting the vehicle speed from the travel speed detecting sensor into high speed level or over-speeding level, and a signal output unit(320) lighting the head lamp at the high speed level and lighting the emergency lamp at the over-speeding level.
