PURPOSE: A safe call device for a portable phone is provided to enable a portable phone user to recognize a received call in a safe place without a communication interruption, and to receive the call in real time with a transceiving supplementary device, thereby guaranteeing a safe call. CONSTITUTION: A call transmitter(3) delivers an alarm to a user after sensing a received call. A call receiver(4) is used such that the user can recognize the received call. An interphone(5) transceives the call in place of a portable phone. An interphone recognizer(6) recognizes hang-on/off states of the interphone(5), and recognizes a DTMF tone or a code signal with an ID. If the user recognizes the call and inputs the ID, a switching multiplexer(7) automatically connects a speech line for connecting the interphone(5) with the portable phone. A call connection/cancellation setting portion(8) opens/closes the portable phone. A wireless transceiver(9) bidirectionally transceives a voice signal and a control data signal. An expansion part(10) expands additional functions. A money mechanism(11) is used such that the user can automatically use a device by injecting money. A microcomputer software part(12) controls an entire system.
