PURPOSE: A method for forming a spiral groove is provided to improve productivity by precisely and continuously forming the spiral groove at a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a spiral groove comprises the steps of: feeding a workpiece on a bed(100); forming a spiral groove at the outer circumference of the workpiece while the workpiece passes through a through hole formed at a forming die(102); and drawing a product at regular speed(106). The forming die has a forming blade for forming the spiral groove formed at the inner circumference of the through hole.
