PURPOSE: A connecting pipe for air conditioners and heaters of a vehicle is provided to promote health and energy of a driver and a passenger and to promote safe driving, by connecting an air conditioner and a heater to seats of the vehicle via the connecting pipe. CONSTITUTION: A connecting pipe for air conditioners and heaters of vehicles is attached to blast ports of a heater and an air conditioner, to deliver warm air and cold air to the crotch parts, waist parts, and shoulder parts of a driver and a passenger. The connecting pipe comprises an attachment plate(1) to be attached to the blast ports of the air conditioner and the heater, a slide-preventing blade(3), and an opening and shutting unit(4) to selectively deliver the warm air and cold air coming out of the attachment plate to the waist parts and shoulder parts of the driver and the passenger through the connecting pipe.
