SMOKING QUANTITY MONITORING DEVICE ENABLING A SMOKER TO REDUCE AND GRADUALLY QUIT SMOKING CONSCIOUSLY

PURPOSE: A smoking quantity monitoring device is provided to enable a smoker to reduce and gradually quit smoking consciously without depending on smoking cessation drug by monitoring the quantity of his/her unconscious smoking. CONSTITUTION: The smoking quantity monitoring device comprises: a monitoring tool for monitoring a smoker's smoking quantity; a reset button for resetting the monitoring tool to an initial state; and a checking portion for allowing the smoker to identify the smoking quantity whenever the smoker smokes and displaying the same serving as an alarming phrase.
