PURPOSE: A refrigerator mounted with a display part is provided to easily withdraw the display part from the refrigerator and to receive the display part in the refrigerator stably and exactly. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator mounted with a display part(30) includes a refrigerator door having the display part and a seat part(24) to which the display part is combined. The display part has a receiving case(40) combined to the seat part; a display panel received in the receiving case; and a withdrawing unit withdrawing the display panel from the receiving case. The withdrawing unit has an operating part and a driving part. The withdrawing unit moves the operating part to a receiving position to make the driving part pressed and make the display panel moved in a direction of being received in the receiving case, and moves the operation part to a withdrawing position to make the driving part extended and make the display panel moved in a direction of being withdrawn from the receiving case.
