PURPOSE: A small-sized electric fan is provided to prevent overload of the fan and improve stability of the fan by stopping the fan while rotating a shaft of the fan even though impurities are stuck in a rotating fan. CONSTITUTION: The small-sized electric fan includes a coupling(21), a shaft hole, a shaft(22), a rolling, a fan, a spring(24), a bearing(25), a nut(26) and a cap(27). The coupling(21) has a penetrated inner part. The shaft has the shaft hole and a thread at both sides. The rolling(23) has a pipe shape. The fan has blades positioned around a hub. The spring(24) is coil compressed spring having a cone shape. The nut(26) and the cap(27) have a left-handed screw. The coupling(21) is coupled with the shaft(22), and then, the shaft(22) is sequentially inserted into the rolling, the fan, the spring(24), and the bearing(25).
