PURPOSE: A functional rice, into which milk is infiltrated, to promote the consumption of rice and milk, and a device therefor are provided. CONSTITUTION: The milk rice comprises 65-75 wt.% of dehulled rice and 25-35 wt.% of milk infiltrated into the rice. The device comprises a drum(30) having a rice inlet(31) on one side and a rice outlet(32) on the other side and supported by a roller (R); a means(40) for rotating the drum to remove hull from the rice by the friction between the drum and the rice; a means(50) for supplying milk into the drum; dippers(60) installed inside the drum to infiltrate milk into rice; and a fan unit(70) for separating the hull to the outside or drying the milk-infiltrated rice. |
