PURPOSE: A snap ring of a manual transmission is provided to prevent thermal damage or breakage of parts, and to expend the life span by supplying oil to a bearing and an oil seal actively and properly and by restricting counter flow of oil in rotating the snap ring integrally with the input shaft. CONSTITUTION: A manual transmission comprises an input shaft(54) supported in a transmission case(2) by a bearing to receive torque of an engine by penetrating the transmission case; an annular snap ring(52) installed in the input shaft to fix the bearing and composed of an opening part; an oil seal(18) arranged between the input shaft and the transmission case to prevent leakage of oil; and an oil groove(20) formed in the transmission case to supply oil to the contact portion of the bearing and the oil seal. The snap ring is fitted elastically to the input shaft, and rotated integrally with the input shaft. An oil collecting part(56) is formed in the snap ring to collect and transfer oil to the contact portion.
