PURPOSE: Mold structure for preventing bubbles in liquid silicone rubber casting is provided to prevent bubbles in castings or incomplete filling of material by discharging bubbles completely with keeping pressure up, and to reduce loss of material by minimizing overflow. CONSTITUTION: A casting mold system includes a mold body(10) having a cavity(30) for injecting liquid silicone rubber; a core mold(20) inserted to the mold body and composed of bubble discharge grooves(24,25) and a bubble discharge pipe(26); inserts(21,22,23) attached to the core mold; an injection port(11) injecting liquid silicone rubber to the mold body; an overflow hole(12) overflowing injected liquid silicone rubber; and a pressure regulating unit(40) opening and closing the overflow hole automatically according to injection pressure of liquid silicone rubber to keep internal pressure up in the mold body. The pressure regulating unit has a support shaft standing on the body to automatically open the overflow hole, a rubber lid closing the overflow hole, and an elastic spring applying elasticity to the rubber lid.
