PURPOSE: A control system of a heating and cleaning apparatus of bath water is provided to enable to supply bath water of a desired temperature at a desired bath time. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device has a temperature setting part(19) and a temperature sensing part(20). A comparison signal processor(18) generates a signal output by calculating whether a temperature of bath water reaches a desired value by comparing outputs of the temperature setting part and the temperature sensing part. A reservation part(23) inputs a bath start time and a bath temperature. A bath water temperature sensor(24) senses a temperature of the bath water. A heater(11) heats the bath water, and a pump(12) supplies the bath water into the apparatus. Solenoids(13,14,15) and each interface(28) control the flow of bath water.
