APPARATUS FOR CONFORM EXTRUSION OF PFC TUBE AND EXTRUSION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An extrusion apparatus is provided to greatly improve productivity of PFC tube and substantially improve life time of the dies by adopting dies having two lines of dies tips in extrusion part and constructing coiling part as two independent coilers capable of simultaneously coiling two lines of PFC tubes, and an extrusion method using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The extrusion apparatus of PFC tube comprises a delivery part(100) for delivering an aluminum wire; an extrusion part(104) for extruding the delivered aluminum wire in a PFC tube shape; and a coiling part(110) for coiling the extruded aluminum wire, wherein the extrusion part comprises dies having two lines of dies tips arranged in a row, and the coiling part comprises two independent coilers for coiling the two lines of the aluminum wire at the same time, and wherein the dies are manufactured of sintered synthetic diamond, silicon nitride or zirconium based ceramic. The extrusion method of PFC tube comprises a delivery step of delivering an aluminum wire; an extrusion step of extruding the delivered aluminum wire in a PFC tube shape; and a coiling step of coiling the extruded aluminum wire, wherein the extrusion step is performed by passing the aluminum wire through dies having two lines of dies tips arranged in a row so that two lines of the aluminum wire are simultaneously extruded in a PFC tube shape, and the coiling step is performed by simultaneously coiling the extruded two lines of aluminum wire through two independent coilers.
