PURPOSE: Provided are a fatigue recovery functioning composition, which is able to prevent diabetes, thyroid diseases, hypertension, arteriosclerosis and respiratory diseases able to cause chronic fatigue, and a method for preparing thereof. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises a water extract of a mixture of Cynanchum wilfordii, Angelicae gigantis Radix and Epimedium koreanum Nakai. The method comprises step of (a) extracting a mixture of Cynanchum wilfordii, Angelicae gigantis Radix and Epimedium koreanum Nakai with water; and (b) mixing the extract of the step (a) with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
