The box (100) has, on the external face of a lateral wall (101), a fitting (110) comprising a V-shaped rib (111) defining a recess (112) between its branches. The recess is capable of receiving the cut end of transport sheaths having different diameters. An arrangement of the lateral wall allows cables and/or electrical conductors coming from the sheath inserted into the recess, to pass through the wall and enter the box while ensuring tight sealing between its interior and exterior.
