<p>The method involves using hyper elliptical curves of genus 2 over a body of characteristic 2, of the form y2>+(h2x2>+h1x+h0)y = x5>+f4x4>+ f3x3>+f2x2>+f1x +f0, where for any integer i = 0, 1, 2 and any integer j = 0 to 4, hi and fj are elements of the reunion of the body and the set {0, 1}. The method is characterized by the fact that h2, f4, f2 belong to the set {0,1}, and at least one of the following conditions is satisfied: h2 0, h1 1, h0 0, and f1 = 0. An independent claim is also included for an electronic entity, especially a chip card, memorizing a hyper elliptical curve of genus 2 on a body of characteristic 2.</p> |
