<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system excellent in reservation and effective utilizing efficiency of hydrogen fuel and oxygen fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation system comprises a water decomposition device 1, a hydrogen reservation tank 2 containing hydrogen molecule compound, to which hydrogen is introduced from the decomposition device 1, an oxygen reservation tank 5 containing oxygen molecule compound, to which oxygen is introduced from the decomposition device 1, and a fuel cell 3 to which, hydrogen from the hydrogen reservation tank 2 and oxygen from the oxygen reservation tank 5 are introduced. As the hydrogen molecule compound or the oxygen molecule compound, a hydrogen or oxygen inclusion compound including hydrogen or oxygen molecules by contact reaction of a host molecule with a hydrogen or oxygen molecule is used.
