<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic system and method for conducting bank transactions allowing collecting prize money in cash as a result of betting. <P>SOLUTION: In this bank transaction method, bank transaction is conducted via a telecommunication network for electronic bank transactions including a central processing device 2 and a plurality of electronic terminal devices 3, in which a user can conduct the bank transactions connected to the central processing device via a communication channel 4.
