SOLUTION: About a house purchased by the customer, a customer daily data accepting means 21 for accepting daily data of the customer to estimate a living and acting capacity of the customer and a living and acting capacity determination means 29 for determining whether the living and acting capacity of the customer is inferior or not by comparing daily data of a comparative person having a predetermined living and acting capacity and the daily data of the customer accepted by the customer daily data accepting means 21 and a candidate house data output means 20 for output candidate house data about the house to be lived in in the future appropriate for the living and acting capacity of the customer in the case that the living and acting capacity determination means 29 determines that the living and acting capacity of the customer is inferior.
