<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail delivery system which collects more histories of coming to a store by providing e-mail information (service information) to a customer when he or she cooperates in collecting the history of coming to the store. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with; a mobile terminal (50) which outputs identification information (80a), and receives and displays the mail information; a recognition means (20) which is installed in the store and can recognize the identification information outputted from the mobile terminal; a coming to store history collection means (10b) for collecting the coming to store history corresponding to the identification information recognized by the recognition means; a storage means (12) for storing registration information indicating a transmission destination of the mobile terminal corresponding to the identification information; an information creation means (10c) for creating mail information to be displayed in the mobile terminal; and a transmission means (10d) for searching a transmission destination corresponding to the identification information recognized by the recognition means based on the registration information stored in the storage means and for transmitting the mail information created by the information creation means to the transmission destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
