<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing danger degree judging system for starting a bathing accident preventing means at a proper timing, a judge program and a judge method, and a heatstroke degree calculation device for calculating the heatstroke degree of a bathing person 80 becoming a trigger for the judgment of a bathing danger degree. <P>SOLUTION: The bathing danger degree judging system is equipped with a trunk part temperature determination means 11 and bathing danger degree output means 20, 31 and 50. The heatstroke degree calculation device is equipped with a bioelectric impedance measuring part 11, ultrasonic propagation speed measuring parts 11a and 11b, a first calculation means 20 and a second calculation means 20. The first calculation means 20 calculates the temperature of the trunk part of the bathing person 80 and the moisture concentration in the body of the bathing person 80 on the basis of bioelectric impedance and an ultrasonic propagation speed.
