PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for proliferating a cell with which the cell can be proliferated in a short time and to provide a method for proliferating the cell with which the cell can be closed up without taking much labor and time.
SOLUTION: A method for cell culture is carried out as follows. A culture medium containing a marrow liquid is placed in a culture vessel and allowed to stand. A hematocytic cell is suspended as it is in the marrow liquid because of suspensibility. An MSC (mesenchymal stem cell) adheres to the base of the culture vessel because of adhesion dependence. The culture medium is then exchanged to thereby remove the suspensible cell to leave the MSC bonded to the base of the culture vessel. Since the MSC originally has a small absolute number contained in the marrow liquid, the MSC merely adheres to the base of the culture vessel in a sparse state. Thereby, magnetic fine particles are charged and held by the MSC to thereby magnetize the MSC. A magnet is arranged on the base of the culture vessel to thereby collect the MSC holding the magnetic fine particles near the magnet by actions of the magnetism. After the MSC reaches a proper closeup degree, culture is carried out to efficiently proliferate the MSC.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
|
