<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus which enables its navigation function to work, even in the case an X-ray detector is tilted, or a sample table is rotated after initially radiographing a master image. <P>SOLUTION: In the fluoroscopic apparatus, the master image M which is radiographed by an X-ray camera 3 at a tilting angle of zero degree, and positional information of the sample table 2 at the radiographing timing are stored, and a special mechanism (y-axis driving mechanism for compensation) 23 is employed to move the sample table 2 so as to follow the X-ray camera 3 in order to maintain its viewing field when the X-ray camera 3 is tilted by a camera tilting mechanism 31, thereby directly using x-y coordinates obtained by an x-y driving mechanism 21 of the sample table 2 before tilting the X-ray camera 3 and thereby enabling the navigation function to work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
