<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device capable of forming a notch to a prescribed depth on the surface of a columnar body using a simple operation and peeling off the notched portion from the columnar body. <P>SOLUTION: This cutter device 80 consists of a cutter means 1, which processes the notch to the surface of the columnar body disposed between a pair of cutter members 50, 51, by rotating the cutter members with a rotor 2, opens/closes between the pair of the cutter members with a turning body 3, and performs turn control of the turning body 3 to the rotor 2 with a turning means 4, and a cutter transfer means 90, which transfers the cutter means 1 as a whole by a prescribed distance in the fore/aft direction at a prescribed timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
