<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of flexibly coping with and processing a plurality of communication signals in different modes. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit 6 is configured such that common parts of exclusive modulation circuits in each communication mode are integrated in one modulation circuit 61, the common parts of exclusive demodulation circuits in respective communication modes are integrated into a single demodulation circuit 62, parts different depending on the communication modes are individually provided, and the different parts can be selected only by setting parameter information corresponding to the communication mode.
