<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber sheet for a table tennis racket excellent in the spinning performance. <P>SOLUTION: Solid rubber 11 has the flexibility and reduced energy loss. The solid rubber 11 is made of a polymer composition whose tangent loss tanδis from 0.01 to 0.04 and complex modulus of elasticity E<SP>*</SP>is from 1MPa to 4MPa when the visco-elasticity spectrum is measured by the sinusoidal traction under a fixed condition. The rubber sheet 7 and the racket 1 using the solid rubber 11 can well spin a table tennis ball, and give a player an excellent hitting feel because the player feels an appropriate holding feel when hitting the ball. The rubber sheet can be provided by preparing the material of the solid rubber 11 as mentioned above without requiring the viscosity on the surface of the solid rubber.
