<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a unique photo album that reflects a client's will. <P>SOLUTION: This system for creating a photo album comprises a user part 1 having a communication means for communicating data such as photos over the Internet as the client requesting the album to be made; a photographing part having a communication means similarly in communication with the Internet and for taking photos about a certain event according to a request after necessary procedures and for disclosing the photos taken over the Internet; and a working part 31 having a communication means similarly in communication with the Internet and for scanning films fed from the photographing part 21 to create digital data or for sampling digital-camera image data fed from the photographing part as digital data and creating thumbnail data for the digital data. In the system, the user part uses the thumbnail images over the Internet to select photos for use in the album, and determines the layout of each album page for the photos selected, to create the album according to the results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
